WHO WE ARE

This website is operated by Grit n Grind (ABN 91 685 344 026), a sole trader based in Alexandra Headland, Queensland. "We", "us" and "our" mean Grit n Grind. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

ORDERS

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept your order when we send you an order confirmation. If we cannot fulfil an order — because a product is unavailable, or there has been a pricing error — we will contact you and refund you in full.

PRICING

All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. Prices can change without notice, but a change never affects an order we have already accepted.

PRODUCTS

Most of our apparel is made to order. Product images and mock-ups are a guide. Small variations in colour, print placement and fit are normal in printed apparel and are not a fault.

DELIVERY

Delivery times and shipping charges are set out in our Shipping Policy. We ship within Australia only.

RETURNS

Your rights are set out in our Refund Policy and under the Australian Consumer Law.

YOUR ACCOUNT

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for what happens under your account.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Grit n Grind name, logo, designs, photography and site content belong to us. You may not copy, reproduce or use them commercially without our written permission.

ACCEPTABLE USE

Do not use this site to break the law, interfere with how it runs, or try to gain unauthorised access to any part of it.

OUR LIABILITY

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law. Subject to that, our liability for any claim about a product is limited to replacing it or refunding what you paid.

GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.

CHANGES

We may update these terms. The version published on this page when you place an order is the version that applies to that order.
